As traditional song and dance of the Gipsies, flamenco is the pure expression of passion and connection to the earth.

From the lands of Andalucia and the theater rooms in Madrid and Barcelona, Flamenco acquired a worldwide recognition, gathering passionate dancers and musicians and becoming popular thanks to the famous Ferias around the South of Spain.

Flamenco is the dance style that mostly expresses human emotions, as an introspective journey in our feelings and sensations. We can feel strenght, joy, positivity, but also solitude and sorrow, in all these cases flamenco teaches to mantain our body and soul strong and ready to overcome any situation.

Flamenco emanates the life force, communicates a deep vitality and a strong balance, it is the best expression of the “here and now” phylosophy, and according to Federico Garcia Lorca “duende” was this mysterious power, the heightened state of emotion, expression and authenticity, connected with Flamenco dance, music and artists.

Black sounds, said the popular man of Spain, and he agreed with Goethe, who offers a definition of duende when he talks about Paganini and says: "Mysterious power that everyone feels and no philosopher explains". Well, duende is a power and not an action, it is a struggle and not a thinking.
